Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Naili mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Naili is a manicure preview application for iPhone. It lets you add a photo of your hand, choose a nail style or upload an inspiration reference, and receive an indicative preview of how that style may look on your own nails.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using Naili, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

Naili may offer paid features, in-app purchases, or subscription plans that provide access to additional functionality. Purchases are billed through the Apple App Store.

• Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies.

5. User Content and Data

You are responsible for the photos, inspiration references, style references, and other content you choose to provide in the App. You agree that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use that content with Naili. See our Privacy Policy for details about how data may be processed.

6. Generated Results

Manicure previews are provided as a visual aid only. Actual results may vary depending on photo quality, nail shape, lighting, selected style, products used, and the work performed by a nail professional. Naili does not guarantee that a real manicure will exactly match a generated preview.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or infringing purpose.
• Upload photos or other content you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or related systems.
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit access to the App.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding in Naili are owned by Naili or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Apple-Specific Terms

Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for Naili. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no warranty obligation with respect to the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
