Naili (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how information is processed when you use the Naili mobile application (“App”), including how photos and generated previews are handled.

2. Information We May Process

To provide the App, Naili may process the following information:

• Photos you choose to upload for manicure preview generation.
• Nail styles, inspiration references, and generation settings you select or provide.
• Generated manicure previews and related metadata.
• Technical information such as app version, device type, platform, timestamps, and diagnostic events.
• Purchase or subscription information if you use paid features.

3. Uploaded Photos

Photos you upload are used to generate manicure previews. Uploaded source photos are deleted immediately after the preview generation process is completed. Naili does not intentionally retain the original uploaded photos after generation.

4. Generated Previews

Naili may store generated previews and related generation information, such as the style, inspiration reference, or settings used to create them. This helps provide product features such as preview history, improve the App experience, troubleshoot issues, and maintain service quality.

Generated previews are not intended to be sold. You may contact us to request deletion of generated previews associated with you where applicable.

5. How Information Is Used

Information may be used to:

• Generate manicure previews from your chosen photos and inspiration references.
• Provide and improve App features, including saved or previous generations.
• Operate subscriptions, purchases, restoration, and access control.
• Monitor performance, diagnose bugs, prevent abuse, and secure the service.
• Respond to support, privacy, or deletion requests.

6. Usage Analytics

We may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand how people use Naili and improve the App. This may include anonymous or pseudonymous interaction events, app version, device and platform information, screen size, timestamps, and similar technical information.

We do not use analytics to sell your data or track you across unrelated apps or websites.

7. Purchases and Subscriptions

If Naili offers paid features, purchases and subscriptions are handled through the Apple App Store. We do not have access to your full payment card details.

• Apple processes payments and manages billing through your App Store account.
• Subscription status, purchase history, product identifiers, and anonymous app user identifiers may be processed to unlock paid features.
• Refunds and billing management are subject to Apple's policies and your Apple ID settings.

8. Third-Party Services

Naili may rely on third-party services to operate the App, including services for app distribution, purchase handling, preview generation, hosting, analytics, diagnostics, and support. These services may process information as needed to provide their functionality and are governed by their own privacy policies.

9. Children's Privacy

Naili is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data through the App, please contact us.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through the App. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We recommend keeping your device updated and protected with a passcode or biometric lock.

11. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or limitation of certain data. To make a privacy request, contact us using the email address below.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
